Our dojo provides classes for all levels from beginners through to intermediate and advanced students.

We welcome children as young as five who are taught the basic karate techniques by assistant instructor Jacqui Chilchik, in a caring and supportive environment.

Sensei Jeff Krug commenced his karate career with the Japan Karate Association (JKA) under Stan Schmidt Sensei in 1978, and was graded to Nanadan (7th) in Japan in October 2016.

Sensei Jeff is a founding member of the Shotokan Karate Coalition, an affiliated organisation of JKA.
